Hi, I’m Luke, the founder of Fetch Haus.

After 25 years in the pet industry working in roles such as dog walking, dog grooming, retail store management, Head of Merchandise and Supply Chain for some of Australia’s largest retailers, I finally decided it was time to bring my lifelong dream to life: an honest, ethical pet store built on transparency, integrity, and genuine care.

Fetch Haus was created to offer something the industry has been missing. No downgraded private labels. No hidden agendas. No pushy sales tactics. Just tailored advice, quality products, and a commitment to doing what’s best for your pet, always.

With a strong focus on natural Australian and New Zealand foods and treats, every product on our shelves is carefully selected based on nutrition, sourcing, and quality. If I wouldn’t feed it to my own animals, it doesn’t make it into store.

My love for animals goes back as far as I can remember. I was always the kid whose mum had to say, “You can’t pat every dog you see you need to ask first!” Pets give us unconditional love, and I believe the least we can do is give them the very best in return.
